Directions
Directions: As a dietary supplement mix two (2) scoops (approximately 61.7 g) per 12 – 16 ounces of pure cold water. Stir briskly or shake until mixed. I use this product when I go for long runs & use it regularly when training for races. I HIGHLY recommend! The taste is actually really good - I do not like most pre-workout tastes. I would say I’m pretty picky. It also does not upset my GI tract - which is great! Highly recommend!!
