Directions
Directions: In a shaker cup or blender, add 1 scoop to 8 oz. of water. For every additional scoop, add 4 oz. water. Using less fluid will create a thicker tasting shake. By experimenting with different amounts of liquid, you will be able to determine your exact preference.

Not liking the protein powder. Took the supplement as instructed. As I’m trying to workout, I can feel the protein shake still swooshing around in my stomach. Therefore I am not able to get a real workout in like I would like too. I will not be getting this supplement again.
Notified via email 2 days after placing order that they were out of selected flavor. Instead of asking if I would like to chose another flavor I was just given a refund for product. Great products though!
