I’ve finally decided to purchase Emerge again. Used it a few years ago on and off & it’s definitely one of my favorite supplements to use when I’m trying to start my cut. The flavors are all pretty good too which is always a plus!
Great Product. Definitely puts you to sleep within 30 minutes. Definitely works toward cutting.
Bit of a bummer that it drags into the next morning however. Also sleep sensitive, so while I pass out on this - I wake up within 4 hours and have trouble returning to sleep.
