DESCRIPTION
MALTO+ is an instant-soluble powdered dietary supplement containing exclusively maltodextrins, suitable for athletes engaging in intense and prolonged physical exercise. MALTO+ contains medium-chain maltodextrins (DE 18): when taken before or during physical activity, maltodextrins help saturate liver and muscle glycogen reserves, maintain stable blood sugar levels, and provide energy during exercise very effectively. If consumed after workouts or competitions, maltodextrins promote faster replenishment of muscle glycogen reserves, shortening recovery times. With medium-chain maltodextrins, MALTO+ allows for the preparation of pleasant and not overly sweet beverages to be gradually sipped before or after sports activity.

HOW TO USE
PRE-INTRA: Add 30 g to 300 ml of water and sip gradually.POST: Add 30 g to 300 ml of water and consume within the first 4 hours after physical exercise and conclude within 6 hours after such exercise, as part of the required carbohydrate intake to obtain the beneficial effect.
