CAFFEINE+
AFFEINE+ contains caffeine, a naturally occurring alkaloid found in many plant species, including coffee beans, cacao, guarana seeds, tea leaves, yerba mate, and cola nuts. When taken orally, caffeine is rapidly absorbed by the body, and its associated effects can occur as early as 15 to 45 minutes after ingestion, lasting for several hours. The main role of caffeine is to stimulate the central nervous system, reducing the perception of fatigue and improving concentration, attention, and reflexes. These effects are related to its antagonistic
action on adenosine receptors (a neuromodulator with relaxing and anticonvusant properties) in dopamine-rich areas of the brain, thereby stimulating dopaminergic activity and resulting in increased wakefulness and pronounced motor activity.
