ARG+

ARG+ is a dietary supplement based on L-arginine, indicated as a pre-workout. Arginine is an amino acid used by tissues to produce nitric oxide in the presence of oxygen. Nitric oxide is an endogenous mediator of vasodilation, which allows for a greater amount of oxygen and nutrients to be delivered to the muscle through an increase in blood flow to the tissue. Arginine also contributes to the endogenous synthesis of creatine, which is used by the body to regenerate ATP during the first seconds of muscle contraction.
