DESCRIPTION

CREA PHASE+ is a dietary supplement based on gastro-resistant tablets of patented CREAFAST® creatine monohydrate, indicated for adults engaging in intense physical exercise.
The use of creatine-based products increases the concentration of creatine in resting skeletal muscle, allowing for the maintenance of high ATP levels during physical exertion and increasing phosphocreatine synthesis during recovery phases.
However, supplementation with high doses of creatine results in increased urinary excretion of this substance because creatine absorption by muscle is mediated by an active transport mechanism that becomes saturated: when the transporters are saturated, excess creatine is removed via urine or metabolized to creatinine. The creatine, therefore, becomes unusable.
The patented CREAFAST® formula features a biphasic formulation in gastro-resistant tablets, consisting of two components: free-form creatine monohydrate, for fast and immediately usable release, and creatine monohydrate supported on magnesium hydroxide, for delayed release. In this way, CREA PHASE+ optimizes intestinal and muscular uptake of creatine, ensuring greater absorption and avoiding its partial elimination through renal excretion.
